When you submit our inquiry form, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, your relationship to the participant, the program you’re interested in, your preferred contact method, and your message. We do not ask for children’s names, birth dates, school details, or health information on this website.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and share information about our programs. We do not sell or publish your information.
Who can see it
Submissions are stored securely and are accessible only to authorized Unique Family Mentoring Program staff.
Analytics and cookies
This site does not currently use advertising trackers. If privacy-conscious analytics are added in the future, this policy will be updated.
